🛌 Room cleaning
Our rooms are not automatically cleaned daily. You decide when you would like them cleaned.

Please use the door sign in your room for this purpose:

Green side “Please clean room”: We will clean your room in the morning.

Red side “Please do not disturb”: We will not enter your room or knock.

If no sign is displayed, cleaning is generally not carried out. However, we will knock if there are any questions. In individual cases, our staff will decide on a case-by-case basis whether cleaning will take place.
❄️ Air conditioning/Cooling
Our air conditioning system is only in operation during the summer and is used solely for cooling.

The system is not available during the colder months – please ventilate by opening a window. 🤷‍♂️😊

For heating, you use the classic radiator under the window, which is regulated via a rotary valve.

The control unit for the air conditioning on the wall in the bathroom is exclusively for cooling.
