We are very happy to welcome you to your wedding celebration!
Here you will find the most important information about your arrival and departure, and at the very bottom the option to request rooms for your overnight stay from the wedding contingent.
Our tip: Book your room directly to avoid the risk of it being fully booked. Your reservation is completely risk-free – free cancellation is possible anytime until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.
And incidentally, the bride and groom are also pleased when it is clear early on who will be traveling to the celebration.

PIN code and check-in
Check-in is possible 24/7. As the reception is not always staffed, access to the hotel and rooms is via a personal PIN code 24 hours a day. The PIN code will be sent to the email address used for booking at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-in at reception is no longer required!
If you are booking multiple rooms and would like all arriving guests to receive their own individual code, please provide us with their email addresses. The codes will then be sent to each guest individually – but always also to the address used for booking.
Arrival and departure
Regular check-in begins at 3:00 PM, check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
Our entire timeframe for cleaning and preparing the rooms lies between these times. Since many guests use the 11:00 AM check-out time, it is simply not logistically possible to have all rooms ready significantly earlier – regardless of the reason for arrival. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
To ensure we can still offer planning security, the following guaranteed early arrival options are available:
- Guaranteed early arrival from 1:00 PM: surcharge of 25% of the room price
- Guaranteed early arrival before 1 p.m.: Surcharge of 80% of the room price, as the room must be blocked the day before.
ROOM CATEGORY AND PRICES
- Standard single room: €82 per night
- Standard double room: €112 per room per night
- Superior Double Room: €121 per room per night
- Comfort apartment (bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people and a shared bathroom): €189 per room per night
